Bill has been practicing law for over 25 years – focusing on estate, business, and tax planning matters for high net worth individuals, family offices and businesses.  Bill has worked in both large and boutique firms and has a tremendous amount of transactional, estate and tax planning experience.  Bill is a graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and the University of Utah S. J. Quinney College of Law.  He enjoys literature, the outdoors and maintaining an active lifestyle.
